  The charity themselves do great work, and I'm always pleased to see a well-stocked shop and lots of donations coming in being an ex-store volunteer for a similar charity myself. However, I donated three full bags and dropping them off the volunteers didn't even batter an eyelid - I had to put them down in a corner myself and they looked at me in an 'oh whoopee, more for the pile' fashion. I know myself it's hard going to have so many donations coming in at once, but you should always, always say thank you and be grateful to every donor - they could have easily taken it to another charity. I won't be donating here again if I'm met with a similar attitude
