  VERY OVER PRICED. Won't use again. I use mailboxes around the whole of the UK as I'm an antiques collector often buying from auctions by telephone or internet. Wendy, the franchisee of this Andover branch charged me £40.50 to send a 10cm small tea-saucer sized dish with no added insurance to me in Kent. And this after she took 3 weeks to pick it up from the local auction house (Wooley & Wallis)! When I queried the price being nearly twice that of other Mailboxes for a similar consignment, her reply was that it was a delicate piece and she didn't want to simply place it in a 'jiffy bag'. There is limited competition in this arena and Wendy used this to maximise her profit margin on my shipment. The actual cost for shipping of my item was around £10. Charging an additional £30 for picking up & boxing the item is crazy. I won't use the services of this branch again.
