    Very unhelpful man in the parts department. Immediately refused to look for a part for a Skoda Fabia "we don't do them, we are a VW garage". He must have forgotten that Skoda are part of the Volkswagen Audi group and use the same parts. He reluctantly looked up the part and said I could order but would have to pay first. I'll just buy off the internet, much simpler.
