  Went to the range Andover today in search if a candle kit. Picked up the lavender set. Me and my friend who I was shopping with noticed the boxes were tampered with. We checked all the boxes and in most boxes the candle wicks and lollypop sticks werent there. We thought we would advise a sales assistant. It was a lady in her 50s/60s. We said most of the boxes that are there don't have the wick in it. She aggressively said "thats cause they get stolen" i said arent you going to remove them? She shrugged We went to the front desk and whilst paying we told the sales assistant jake who the manager called Alexander That the wicks were gone out of the boxes He said..... AND? I said and arent you going to remove them? Someone could buy a candle making kit and NOT be able yo make candles? He said.. sorry not my department The manager was next to him and she wasnt bothered either. Not happy with the customer service Not happy with the lack care for customers
