  Wow; worst Wickes ever. Ordered my click and collect; then when visiting store had to queue for over 30 minutes which kinda defeats the object of ordering in advance. Also, the store definitely needs to have some kind of queuing system for when it gets busy as people just waiting all over the place. Worse that that though, once got my items they were not the ones I wanted. At first assistant told me they were correct, but when I pointed out what I actually ordered it changed to "these the only ones we have I stock". Order cancelled wasted trip. If I hadn't used Wickes before I would think the system useless - as it is, I have used before so know system is fine, is just this store. Definitely won't use the Andover store again. Poor show...
